2021-08-24 19:00:00 2021-08-24 21:15:00 Europe/London Rawdon Evening Walk ** BOOKING REQUIRED **

The maximum number of people on this walk will be 15, including the walk leader.

This is an evening walk of just under 4 miles, starting from Micklefield Park in Rawdon. The route takes us downhill towards Apperley Bridge and back up via Nether Yeadon, following old lanes and tracks through woodland.

Walking boots are recommended as the paths are quite rough underfoot and there are ups and downs.

Head torches are recommended.

Meet at the park entrance that is next to the Rawdon Community Library building. Free parking is available at the park, which is accessed from the A65. Please note the post code only provides an approximate location and your sat nav may take you to the wrong end of the park. Google Rawdon Community Library to see exactly where the car park is.

If coming from the south, it is recommended that you avoid Greengates as there are roadworks at the junction which can cause delays.
