Oulton to Temple Newsam.

2020-08-01 10:45:00 2020-08-01 16:30:00 Europe/London Oulton to Temple Newsam.

Please note:

There are no toilet facilities on this walk.

You will need to be self contained & bring your own food, drink, hand sanitiser, etc.

We will be going home immediately after the walk is completed.

The route covers roadside paths, canal & woodland footpaths.  Although much of the route is flat, there are some ascents & descents.  Mostly there are squeeze stiles but there are some gates so please be aware of this.  Some of the paths are narrow so please be considerate of other people and give them space.

We will stop at Skelton Lake & Temple Newsam for longer breaks. Shorter breaks will be taken as & when required.  This will not be a fast paced walked. With breaks & photos, I average 2 miles per hour.
