Haworth to Top Withens

2019-10-13 10:15:00 2019-10-13 16:00:00 Europe/London Haworth to Top Withens

Starting from St Michael and All Angels Church in Haworth we climb up to Penistone Hill and get good views accross all the surrounding moors and countryside. We then follow the Bronte Way and head to Top Withens which may have been the site that inspired Wuthering Heights.

After lunch we take a route around Ponden Reservoir and back along the valley to Haworth. The Cobbles and Clay Tea Shop is highly recommended for post walk refreshments (other cafes and pubs are available)

Please bring waterproofs, walking boots, packed lunch and plenty to drink.
