This is a 10 mile linear walk from Carnforth to Arnside via Warton Crag and Silverdale. Walkers can then catch the train from Arnside back to the starting point (£3.70).

From Carnforth station we head to Warton via country lanes. We then pick up the Lancashire Coastal Way before eating our packed lunches on the edge of Silverdale. We then drop downhill into Arnside where the walk finishes.

Some sections will be muddy.

There are no toilets on the route.

Quick reminder – bring your own santizer and mask for the train.

There may be the option of getting take away fish and chips at Arnside.
