Yorkshire Water closed down most car parks during the pandemic. I have been unable to find any up to date information about whether any of them have reopened. I am thinking in particular of Digley Reservoir near Holmfirth.

https://www.yorkshirewater.com/things-to-do/digley-reservoir/ Their website shows the car park as being open, but there is no date, so the only way to be sure would be to drive there and have a contingency plan on where to park/walk.

The laybys on the A635 near Wessenden Head and the Black Hill footpath could be an alternative for you. There is a footpath to Digley Reservoir from there, but that would mean a longer walk for you.
